The values that guide our work

The most precious resource for us at Caffè Borbone are the people who work in our company. This is why we strive every day to create a healthy, safe and inclusive working environment.

We consider it essential to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our employees by providing adequate working conditions, equipment, information and training.

We translate the values we believe in into tangible deeds, especially in challenging times such as the Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected everyone at all levels.
