Even a simple coffee break can do its bit to help our Planet.
For this reason our pods are compostable and we were also the first in Italy to make a recyclable paper wrapper for our “100% friend of nature” pod. Did you know that we also have a range of capsules that can be disposed of with food waste?
Our energy
To make a change we need lots of renewable clean energy.
Our Caivano site has used only renewable electricity since 2022 and there are two photovoltaic systems active at the plant, the largest of which (500 kW) is able to meet 15% of electricity demand on its own. But that’s not all: we are currently developing a new area at the plant which will also accommodate a 1000 kW photovoltaic system entirely dedicated to self-consumption.
