How to make an order

First of all, choose the country of destination of the order

To ship an order to a specific country, you need to choose it before confirming the order, by clicking on the links at the top right of the home page, or at the bottom right on the wording "SPEDISCI IN / SHIP TO". From mobile, open the menu by clicking on the top left on the three lines:

 

and then click at the bottom left on the word "IT". A window will open in which you can choose the country and the language of the site.


How to access the shopping cart

To access the cart, you can click on the icon at the top right, present on each page:

 


How to change the shipping address

You can change or add a new shipping address from your account, which can be accessed by clicking on the icon at the top right, depicting a ‘little man’: 

 

 You can also change or add an address when finalizing an order.

  

How to request a commercial invoice

Caffè Borbone issues a purchase voucher for each order. To receive a commercial invoice instead, you must expressly select the appropriate option when finalizing the order, in the Payment Summary step

 

Attention: it is not possible to issue an invoice for one country and ship to a different country.
